HopOn

What is HopOn?

HopOn is a games-based cycling program that teaches school-aged kids across Canada the joy of cycling safely. The Rundle Mountain Cycling Club will be incorporating HopOn programming into all our youth programming.

Modeled after Cycling BC’s existing iRide program, the HopOn national grassroots program aims to provide access to cycling across Canada.

HopOn embraces C.Y.C.L.E.S; values to create meaningful and fun cycling experiences for all participants. Here's what drives us:

Community: Building a nationwide network of support and collaboration to foster a healthy sporting environment.

Youth: Focusing on the positive, joyful development of children—keeping the spirit of play alive.

Captivating: Immersing participants in the simple joys of outdoor fun and bike riding.

Learning: Ensuring every session leaves participants with new skills and the confidence to apply them.

Excellence: Encouraging instructors and participants alike to bring their best effort to every session.

Safety: Prioritizing the health and well-being of everyone involved in HopOn activities.

HopOn is about more than cycling—it's about connecting, growing, and thriving on two wheels
