Beginner Men's 4-Week MTB Program
Looking to join group of guys and an amazing team of coaches for skill-building and good times on the trails?
This program is designed for beginner riders and focuses on developing fundamental mountain biking skills, including:
Balance and body position
Effective gearing and braking
Climbing and descending
Cornering
Front-wheel lifts and roll-downs
Riding will take place on green and some blue terrain, providing a supportive environment for growth and confidence building.

Men's 4-Week Intermediate/Advanced MTB Program
Want to join a fun group of guys and our awesome crew of coaches for some skill development fun?
Intermediate/Advanced Riders will apply their skills taking it to the next level on all-mountain terrain — we will apply our progressive skills on more challenging terrain all while gaining speed and air depending on your comfort and control. Riding will take place on blue and black terrain.

Dates: June 3rd, 10th, 17th and 24th

Jumps and Drops Skills Session
Ready to feel the rush of catching air while building your confidence and bike handling skills?
Join our coach as he guides you through a progression of skills:
Start with rolling small drops
Master several types of wheel lifts
Build up to tackling larger drops and tabletop jumps
All practice takes place in a local Canmore bike park, providing a safe and supportive environment to hone your skills.

Cornering with Technique, Speed and Confidence Skills Session
Unsure about the best body and bike position for different corners? This session will help you master cornering by breaking down the techniques for various types of turns, including tight, flat, and bermed corners.
Our coaches will guide you in building confidence, improving your speed through corners, and tackling more challenging terrain with control and precision.

Intermediate and advanced riders looking to refine their cornering skills.

Descending Steeps Skills Session
Mastering mountain terrain demands solid bike control across all types of surfaces. Descending steep trails can be especially challenging, with loose surfaces, obstacles, and varying grades testing your skills. Many riders struggle due to poor body position, which makes these descents feel harder than they need to be.
In this session, you’ll learn how proper body positioning and bike control can help you tackle steep descents with confidence and ease.

Intermediate and advanced riders ready to elevate their descending skills.

(Co-ed) Bunny Hops/ Manuals Skills Session
Join Coach Jeff as he guides you through a progression of skills to master your bunny hops and build your manuals.
Who’s it for?
Intermediate and advanced riders ready to build upon their bike handling skills and develop proper technique for Bunny Hops, J-Hops and Manuals.
