Sonya Pollock- Adult MTB
When Sonya moved to Canmore almost 15 years ago, she was drawn to mountain biking and hasn't put her bike down since. Inspired by the stoke of her early mountain bike mentors, Sonya took up coaching and has now been active with RMCC for a decade - from a volunteer to adult program head coach. She loves all aspects of mountain biking - be it a big climb, a challenging descent, or catching air in the bike park. Sonya's favourite part about coaching is "watching people achieve their goals and face their fears, especially when they accomplish something they once thought was impossible".
